No Bake Cheesecake Ingredients Needed: Graham Cracker Crumbs Butter – melted Sugar Cream Cheese – softened to room temperature Lemon Juice Sour Cream Vanilla Heavy Cream How To No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe The Graham Cracker Crust – Start by forming your crust with crushed graham crackers, melted butter and a little bit of sugar. Press the crumbs into a springform pan and up the sides. Place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes, while you prepare your filling. The Filling – Beat the cream cheese and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the lemon juice, vanilla and sour cream until fully combined. In a separate bowl beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and then pour into the prepared crust. The Chilling – Use an offset spatula or rubber spatula to smooth the top of the filling, then cover and place in the fridge for 5 to 6 hours, or preferably overnight for the best texture.
